Billing Policy

Payments:

All payments made towards Mega Support shows in US dollars and hence, the payments made in favor of Mega Support must be made in US dollars. Mega Support, also accepts the following payment options such as:

Paypal, Money Order or Checks and Credit Cards such as American Express, VISA, Master Card and Discover.

All the payments made towards Mega Support should be due on account date statement. This date is the day on which the user account was initialized. In case you have forwarded your debit or credit card information to Mega Support, Mega Support is authorized to automatically charge the due amount. All the charges will be on the credit or debit card of the user in case the latter cancels the account as per the billing policy of Mega Support.

Customer responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the user to notify and update for any changes in one’s debit card or credit card information. In case of customers who are making mail in payments must ensure payments within 30 days of the account date statements. Mega Support hereby informs all users that accounts with outstanding payments will be subject to cancellation and collection. During this process, the user has to takes the responsibility for court costs, attorney fee and agency fee.

Billing Cycle:

Mega Support has four billing cycles that includes charges based on monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly and annual charges. The billing plans get started once the user starts availing the service of Mega Support on activation date. At Mega Support, the user has freedom to change the billing cycles. Any changes made to the billing account have to pay on monthly basis on non-refundable basis.

Renewal of account:

To enjoy uninterrupted services of Mega Support web hosting, all plans are automatically updated with billing cycle. The charges levied on the renewals will be based on the service rates as per the service selected. Fee:

Mega Support has zero tolerance norms against chargeback’s and charges $45 for returned checks (NSF). All those who make payments with NSF have to make future payments with money orders or certified checks. As for the credit chargeback, there will be $45 as credit chargeback fee.  For the reactivation of closed account, the user has to pay $45 and to get all your data files restored, one has to pay additional $99.95 to Mega Support.

Statements:

Mega Support does not mail any statements or paper invoices. All statements can be printed and viewed through account panel. All billing statements will be forwarded via Email.

Hosting plans:

All those users of Mega Support who wish to downgrade from an existing plan have to provide $25 as a downgrade fee. However, there will be no upgrading fee for higher plans and services.

Cancellation:

To get your hosting plan cancelled, the user must contact Mega Support or submit ticket to Mega Support. One can also contact Mega Support on weekdays Monday-Friday through live chat between 9 AM to 5 PM EST or submit a ticket.  To assist in the cancellation of user account, Mega Support customer representative will guide you through the process. Mega Support does not refund payments after the use of first 30 days service. To get your user account cancelled at Mega Support, the user must inform Mega Support prior to 30 days before billing date of the respective service plan. The prior intimation must me 10 days before the completion of the billing cycle. Any delay in submission of above details leads to renew of your hosting plan.

Cancellation of web hosting service by Mega Support activates on the day it starts the proceedings. Before canceling your account, Mega Support will ask for confirmation, which the user has to reply. Mega Support cannot cancel account because of non-usage, name transfer or any other issue that is not related to Mega Support. In case of outstanding payments, the user has to pay all the dues during cancellation period.

30-day money back policy:

With the use of Mega Support shared hosting, the customer gets the unique opportunity of enjoying a 30-day money back policy in case you are not satisfied with our product. However, the following services are not under guarantee of 30-day money back policy such as dedicated servers and domain name.
