30 days refund guarantee:

In case you are not satisfied with the services of Mega Support web hosting during the first thirty days, you stand the chance of availing the hosting fee refund. However, Mega Support does not make any refund of domain fee, site submission, templates and SSL.

Hosting fee:

Mega Support does not charge set up fee. While making use of Mega Support web hosting service, the user has to pay one time hosting fee as a part of administration set up that includes $25.00. After this, the client will be charged semi annual or quarterly fee until the service is cancelled. One can also make payments through emails instead of credit cards. Cancellation:

Bandwidth use:

For every additional bandwidth use, the user has to pay an additional charge of $0.5 on per MB. The account of user does not face cancellation on additional bandwidth usage.

Liability:

The liability of Mega Support does not exceed more than amount payable to the user for the cost of damages occurred during the use of Mega Support web hosting solutions. Mega Support is not responsible for any injury, loss and damages. The user is making use of Mega Support on its own. All the services offered by Mega Support are used on “As Is” basis without any kind of warranty expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain backups, content, programs and any other information on Mega Support. Mega Support is in no way responsible to any business loss suffered by delays, wrong deliveries and non-deliveries. Any violation of Mega Support terms and conditions leads to immediate termination of user account.
